Wool on the Exe
Tunisian Honeycomb stitch cowl
Get ready for Autumn by making this gorgeous cowl and learn the Tunisian honeycomb stitch worked in the round! This stitch uses the double-ended Tunisian crochet technique which creates a beautiful stained-glass effect when using self-striping yarn and a contrasting colour.
This workshop is suitable for those who have a working knowledge of the basic Tunisian crochet stitch therefore it's not suitable for complete beginners.
If you'd like to bring yarn from home, you will need 100 grams of chunky self striping yarn and 30 grams of a contrasting double-knit yarn. Please select 'I'll bring my own' above.
If you'd like to select your yarn in store, we'll be using our King Cole Riot chunky and a contrasting King Cole Panache yarn. Both of these yarns are a high quality blend of acrylic and wool. Please select 'I'll select from in-store' above.
Sam Linney will be leading this workshop for us and we know you'll love it!
